• The private boat Charter is a snorkeling tour in the Cocos Lagoon, which is famous for the best natural scenery in Guam, and a dolphin watching, turtle watching tour in the open ocean, and it takes a total of 3 hours.
• Solo tour: This tour is an exclusive private charter and is only used by groups and families.
• Capacity: Up to 27 people, including infants.

• Optional Bikini Island Tour: If you would like to take a Bikini Island tour, please let us know at the time of booking as there will be an additional $20 per adult and child for the tour. The means of transportation from the boat to Bikini Island is by double banana boat.
• Note: Most Customers add the Bikini Island tour option to their package.
• Round-trip shuttle service to and from the hotel: Additional cost ($20 per person / free for children under 3 years old) / If need pick up service pls, let us know hotel name.
• Free use: masks and snorkels, life jacket, lockers
• Direct transfer (pick-upx) --> Clubhouse arrival time: 13:30 / 15:00

• Please double-check your Pickup time and tour reservations. If you arrive late, you may not be able to join the tour. If you are late for arrival and the tour is disrupted, you will be held responsible. The tour schedule included in the tour are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions or other factors.
• Jet ski tours are only allowed to be driven by those aged 18 and over and those aged 4 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
• The itinerary included in the tour are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions or various other factors, and in case of severe weather, we will inform you of the availability the day before the tour and will provide a full refund in case of cancellation.
• For your safety, please be sure to wear a life jacket and aqua shoes during the tour.
• You are responsible for any accidents that occur when you take drugs, alcohol or drugs that cause drowsiness.
• The tour party is responsible for any loss caused by negligence during the tour.
• Any accidents caused by your own negligence during the tour are the responsibility of the tour party. Especially for infants, children, and the elderly, guardian attention is required.

General Group Cancellation Policy (1~15 people)

• Cancellation 3 days before the tour = fully refundable
• Cancellation 2 days before the tour = 20% cancellation fee of the total amount of the tour will be charged
• Cancellation one day before the tour = 50% cancellation fee of the total amount of the tour will be charged
• Cancellation on the day of the tour = 100% of the total amount of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee

Small group cancellation policy (16~30 people)

• Cancellation 7 days before the tour = fully refundable
• Tour cancellation 6 days before the tour = 20% of the total amount of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee
• Cancellation 5 days before the tour = 50% of the total amount of the tour will be charged for cancellation fee
• Cancellation on the day of the tour = 100% of the total amount of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee
