Bikini Island is a unique location where the island occasionally rises above the water's surface due to changes in the tides, but it can also be below the surface at times. The water depth typically ranges from 30 cm to 80 cm, and this can vary based on weather conditions. Please keep in mind that dolphins and sea turtles are wild animals, and their visibility may depend on the tide conditions.

• Please verify your pickup time and tour reservations. Late arrivals may prevent participation in the tour. If late, you might miss the tour and be responsible for any disruptions. 
• Jet ski tours are restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Participants aged between 4 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.
• The itinerary for the tour is subject to modification or cancellation due to weather conditions or other factors. In the event of severe weather, we will notify you of the tour's availability the day before it is scheduled to take place. Should the tour be cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
• For safety reasons, wearing a life jacket during the tour is mandatory. Aqua shoes are recommended.
• Participants are responsible for any accidents that occur if they consume alcohol, drugs, or substances that cause drowsiness. Pregnant individuals and those with health issues should not participate.
• Participants will be held accountable for any losses incurred due to negligence during the tour and shall bear responsibility for any property damage or loss resulting from such negligence.
• Any incident resulting from personal negligence during the tour will be the responsibility of the participants. Extra caution should be exercised for infants, children, and elderly individuals, requiring attentive supervision from their guardians.
