Bikini Island is characterized by its unique tidal conditions, which cause the island to periodically emerge and submerge. Typically, the water depth ranges from approximately 30cm to 80cm, with variations depending on the tide levels.

Tour Notice / Precautions
- To ensure a smooth experience, please make your reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Once your reservation is submitted, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation from our system, providing peace of mind that your booking is secure. Please note that for reservations made less than 24 hours before your desired time, a phone confirmation will be necessary. Feel free to reach out to us at 671-828-8889 for assistance. - Please verify your pickup time and tour reservations. Late arrivals may prevent participation in the tour. If late, you might miss the tour and be responsible for any disruptions.
- Jet ski tours are restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Participants aged between 4 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.
- The itinerary for the tour is subject to modification or cancellation due to weather conditions or other factors. In the event of severe weather, we will notify you of the tour's availability the day before it is scheduled to take place. Should the tour be canceled, a full refund will be provided.
- For safety reasons, wearing a life jacket during the tour is mandatory. Aqua shoes are recommended.
- Participants are responsible for any accidents that occur if they consume alcohol, drugs, or substances that cause drowsiness. Pregnant individuals and those with health issues should not participate.
- Participants will be held accountable for any losses incurred due to negligence during the tour and shall bear responsibility for any property damage or loss resulting from such negligence.
- Any incident resulting from personal negligence during the tour will be the responsibility of the participants. Extra caution should be exercised for infants, children, and elderly individuals, requiring attentive supervision from their guardians.
Cancellations and Refunds Policies
Cancellation Policy (1~15 people)
- Cancellation 3 days before the tour = fully refundable (less 7% surcharge fee).
- Cancellation 2 days before the tour = 20% cancellation fee of the total amount of the tour will be charged
- Cancellation one day before the tour = 50% cancellation fee of the total amount of the tour will be charged
- Cancellation on the day of the tour = 100% of the total amount of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee
Cancellation Policy (16 and above people)
- Cancellation 7 days before the tour = fully refundable (less 7% surcharge fee).
- Tour cancellation 6 days before the tour = 20% of the total amount of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee
- Cancellation 5 days before the tour = 100% of the total amount of the tour will be charged for cancellation fee
- Cancellation on the day of the tour = 100% of the total amount of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee
