Bikini Island tour + Snorkeling + Banana boat

*Pick-up is not included / 1 time per day / Please let us know in advance if you would like to change the shuttle pontoon boat to the banana boat shuttle

Itinerary: Arrive at BIC by car (13:00) -> Tour orientation briefing and waiver -> Transfer by Banana Boat or pontoon boat to Bikini Island (about 30 minutes) -> Take the banana boat to the snorkeling spot / Snorkeling (approx. 30 mins) -> Arrive at the clubhouse (approx. 15:00)

• To ensure a smooth experience, please make your reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Once your reservation is submitted, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation from our system, providing peace of mind that your booking is secure. • Please verify your pickup time and tour reservations. Late arrivals may prevent participation in the tour. If late, you might miss the tour and be responsible for any disruptions. 
• Jet ski tours are restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Participants aged between 4 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.  
• The itinerary for the tour is subject to modification or cancellation due to weather conditions or other factors. In the event of severe weather, we will notify you of the tour's availability the day before it is scheduled to take place. Should the tour be canceled, a full refund will be provided.
• For safety reasons, wearing a life jacket during the tour is mandatory. Aqua shoes are recommended.
• Participants are responsible for any accidents that occur if they consume alcohol, drugs, or substances that cause drowsiness. Pregnant individuals and those with health issues should not participate.
• Participants will be held accountable for any losses incurred due to negligence during the tour and shall bear responsibility for any property damage or loss resulting from such negligence.
• Any incident resulting from personal negligence during the tour will be the responsibility of the participants. Extra caution should be exercised for infants, children, and elderly individuals, requiring attentive supervision from their guardians.

Cancellation Policy (1~15 people)

• Cancellation 3 days before the tour = fully refundable
• Cancellation 2 days before the tour = 20% cancellation fee of the total amount of the tour will be charged
• Cancellation one day before the tour = 50% cancellation fee of the total amount of the tour will be charged
• Cancellation on the day of the tour = 100% of the total amount of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee

 

Cancellation Policy (16 and above people)

• Cancellation 7 days before the tour = fully refundable
• Tour cancellation 6 days before the tour = 20% of the total amount of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee
• Cancellation 5 days before the tour = 100% of the total amount of the tour will be charged for cancellation fee
• Cancellation on the day of the tour = 100% of the total amount of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee
